I do appreciate his willingness to make the situation right - highly recommend Sean's office despite our mishap, but Sean went out of his way to make me feel comfortable again. Most of my experiences with this office have been positive - and he was able to have me go from a one star to a 5 star review!"

"What Andrea Krum said her review. Our agent was very defensive, rude, and accusatory of us making the mistake with our policy. My wife an I had a very long conversation with our agent. Finally our agent stated he had made the mistake, but truly failed to understand how large of a mistake this could have become for us in the event of an occurence. We like state farm as a provider but will be swifty switching agents. Thank you agent Aedan Spillane for making this decision so easy for wanting to chose another agency."
